The audio will not start

Browsers refuse to make sound until you have interacted with the page, so the first press of Play or Send is what permits it. If a group will not play, the app says so and does not mark that group against you — press Send again. On iPhone and iPad, check the silent switch: it silences web audio as well as the ringer.

It is going too fast

Leave the character speed where it is and lower the overall speed. That is Farnsworth timing: the characters stay quick enough to hear as shapes rather than counted dots, and the extra time goes into the silence between them. Slowing the characters themselves teaches you to count, which is the habit that stalls people at ten words a minute.

Why only two letters to start with

That is the Koch method. You learn two characters at full speed, and a third is added only once you are copying at ninety percent. It feels slow for an evening and then it does not.

I want to start the course again

Clear this site's data in your browser. Progress is stored on your device only, so that removes it and the trainer starts at lesson one.

Does it work offline

Yes, after the first visit: the app keeps a copy of its own files on your device, so it opens again with no network. You can add it to a home screen and use it like an app. Nothing you do in it is sent anywhere, and it contacts no server other than the one you loaded it from.

Something is wrong with the code table

Tell us which character and what you expected. The table follows ITU-R M.1677-1 where that recommendation covers a character, and the chart marks the ones it does not.
