Privacy Policy

Summary

We don't collect your data. Our apps run entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers — because we don't have any user-facing servers.

Data we collect from you

None. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or analytics.

What the app stores on your device

Snílko stores three settings locally on the device (iOS NSUserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences):

• The child's selected gender (boy/girl), used solely to choose grammatically correct Slovak verb forms in the narration.
• Whether the first-run setup has been completed.
• Whether the welcome greeting has already played.

The app itself never sends these settings anywhere. If device backup is turned on (for example Google backup on Android, or iCloud or device backup on iOS), the operating system may include them in the backup and restore them to a device. Those backups are managed by Google or Apple under their terms, and you can turn them off or delete them in your device or account settings.

Uninstalling the app removes these settings from the device. Copies already in a backup remain until you delete that backup. We have no access to the settings or to those backups.

Third-party services

Snílko does not embed any third-party SDKs:

• No analytics (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, etc.)
• No advertising networks (no AdMob, no Meta Audience, no Unity Ads, etc.)
• No crash reporting that transmits user data
• No social login or account linking

The audio narration and video scenes inside Snílko were generated using AI services (ElevenLabs, Kling AI) during the app's production by us and packaged inside the app. Children using the app do not interact with these services in any way; the generated assets are static files bundled in the install.

Children's privacy (COPPA, GDPR-K)

Snílko is designed for children, including those under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically Article 8 protections for children.

Because Snílko collects no personal data from children (or anyone), there is no profile, no account, no behavioral tracking, no targeted advertising, and no parental consent mechanism is required by us — though Apple's App Store Kids category and Google Play's Designed for Families program provide parental controls at the platform level.

In-app purchases & ads

None. Snílko has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising of any kind.

Network access

Snílko works fully offline after install. The app does not require an internet connection. The app will not transmit any data outbound during normal use.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and host the previous version for at least 12 months. Material changes will be communicated through an app update.

Previous version (8 May 2026): it named only one setting, the child's selected gender, and did not mention device backups. This version names all three settings and says what device backups may do with them.

Zásady ochrany súkromia

Zhrnutie

Nezbierame vaše dáta. Naše aplikácie bežia výlučne na vašom zariadení. Nič sa neposiela na naše servery — pretože žiadne servery pre používateľov neprevádzkujeme.

Aplikácie, na ktoré sa tieto zásady vzťahujú

• Snílko — interaktívne rozprávky pre deti, iOS a Android

Aké dáta zbierame

Žiadne. Nezbierame, neprenášame ani neukladáme žiadne osobné údaje, identifikátory zariadenia, lokalizáciu, kontakty, fotografie ani analytiku.

Čo aplikácia ukladá vo vašom zariadení

Snílko ukladá v zariadení lokálne tri nastavenia (iOS NSUserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences):

• Pohlavie dieťaťa (chlapček/dievčatko), používané výhradne na výber gramaticky správnych slovenských slovesných tvarov v narrácii.
• Či bolo dokončené úvodné nastavenie.
• Či už zaznel uvítací pozdrav.

Aplikácia tieto nastavenia nikam neodosiela. Ak je v zariadení zapnuté zálohovanie (napríklad záloha Google v systéme Android alebo záloha iCloud či záloha zariadenia v iOS), operačný systém ich môže zahrnúť do zálohy a pri obnove ich vrátiť do zariadenia. Tieto zálohy spravuje Google alebo Apple podľa svojich podmienok a vy ich môžete vypnúť alebo vymazať v nastaveniach zariadenia či účtu.

Odinštalovaním aplikácie sa tieto nastavenia zo zariadenia odstránia. Kópie, ktoré už sú v zálohách, zostávajú, kým zálohu nevymažete.

Predchádzajúca verzia (8. mája 2026) uvádzala iba jedno nastavenie, pohlavie dieťaťa, a nespomínala zálohy zariadenia. Táto verzia uvádza všetky tri nastavenia a to, čo s nimi môžu urobiť zálohy zariadenia.

Služby tretích strán

Snílko neobsahuje žiadne SDK tretích strán: žiadnu analytiku, reklamné siete, tracking, sociálne prihlásenia ani komunikáciu s externými servermi.

Hlasové narrácie a video scény v Snílku sme generovali pomocou AI služieb (ElevenLabs, Kling AI) počas vývoja aplikácie a sú zabalené priamo v inštalácii. Deti pri používaní aplikácie nekomunikujú s týmito službami.

Ochrana detí (COPPA, GDPR-K)

Snílko je určené pre deti vrátane detí mladších ako 13 rokov. Dodržiavame COPPA aj GDPR (čl. 8 týkajúci sa detí). Keďže nezbierame žiadne dáta, neexistuje profil, účet, behaviorálne sledovanie ani cielená reklama.

Nákupy v aplikácii a reklama

Žiadne. Snílko nemá in-app nákupy, predplatné ani reklamy.

Sieťový prístup

Snílko po inštalácii funguje plne offline. Pre bežné používanie nevyžaduje pripojenie na internet.
