Summary

We don't collect your data. Our apps run entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers — because we don't have any user-facing servers.

Data we collect from you

None. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or analytics.

What stays on your device

Snílko stores a single setting locally on the device (iOS NSUserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences):

The child's selected gender (boy/girl), used solely to choose grammatically correct Slovak verb forms in the narration. This is stored on-device only and never transmitted anywhere.

Uninstalling the app removes this data. We have no way to recover it.

Third-party services

Snílko does not embed any third-party SDKs:

No analytics (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, etc.)
No advertising networks (no AdMob, no Meta Audience, no Unity Ads, etc.)
No crash reporting that transmits user data
No social login or account linking

The audio narration and video scenes inside Snílko were generated using AI services (ElevenLabs, Kling AI) during the app's production by us and packaged inside the app. Children using the app do not interact with these services in any way; the generated assets are static files bundled in the install.

Children's privacy (COPPA, GDPR-K)

Snílko is designed for children, including those under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically Article 8 protections for children.

Because Snílko collects no personal data from children (or anyone), there is no profile, no account, no behavioral tracking, no targeted advertising, and no parental consent mechanism is required by us — though Apple's App Store Kids category and Google Play's Designed for Families program provide parental controls at the platform level.

In-app purchases & ads

None. Snílko has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising of any kind.

Network access

Snílko works fully offline after install. The app does not require an internet connection. The app will not transmit any data outbound during normal use.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and host the previous version for at least 12 months. Material changes will be communicated through an app update.

Zhrnutie

Nezbierame vaše dáta. Naše aplikácie bežia výlučne na vašom zariadení. Nič sa neposiela na naše servery — pretože žiadne servery pre používateľov neprevádzkujeme.

Aké dáta zbierame

Žiadne. Nezbierame, neprenášame ani neukladáme žiadne osobné údaje, identifikátory zariadenia, lokalizáciu, kontakty, fotografie ani analytiku.

Čo zostáva vo vašom zariadení

Snílko ukladá v zariadení lokálne jedno nastavenie (iOS NSUserDefaults / Android SharedPreferences):

Pohlavie dieťaťa (chlapček/dievčatko), používané výhradne na výber gramaticky správnych slovenských slovesných tvarov v narrácii. Údaj zostáva v zariadení a nikam sa neposiela.

Odinštalovaním aplikácie sa toto nastavenie odstráni.

Služby tretích strán

Snílko neobsahuje žiadne SDK tretích strán: žiadnu analytiku, reklamné siete, tracking, sociálne prihlásenia ani komunikáciu s externými servermi.

Hlasové narrácie a video scény v Snílku sme generovali pomocou AI služieb (ElevenLabs, Kling AI) počas vývoja aplikácie a sú zabalené priamo v inštalácii. Deti pri používaní aplikácie nekomunikujú s týmito službami.

Ochrana detí (COPPA, GDPR-K)

Snílko je určené pre deti vrátane detí mladších ako 13 rokov. Dodržiavame COPPA aj GDPR (čl. 8 týkajúci sa detí). Keďže nezbierame žiadne dáta, neexistuje profil, účet, behaviorálne sledovanie ani cielená reklama.

Nákupy v aplikácii a reklama

Žiadne. Snílko nemá in-app nákupy, predplatné ani reklamy.

Sieťový prístup

Snílko po inštalácii funguje plne offline. Pre bežné používanie nevyžaduje pripojenie na internet.
